Troubleshooting Guide for Laundromat Customers
Common Washer Complaints
- Press the coin return button. If it works, try inserting coins again.
- If the machine is not accepting coins or the coin return button is not
functioning, check the coin slots for any stuck coins and try to dislodge them.
- Make sure you have inserted enough change into the machine.
- Press the start button firmly.
- Close and lock the door properly. The machine will not start if the door is not properly closed.
- Use half the amount of soap that you would usually use.
- If your clothes are still soapy, add some softener into the machine and
restart it. If you don’t have any softener, just run the machine again and the water will rinse the clothes out.
- Confirm that the machine has correctly started.

- If the machine is overloaded or full of heavy items, separate the load into two and run them separately.
- If the clothes are still soaked, please find an attendant if one is available or contact the number above the change machines for our Customer Service Center.
- If using a white front load machine, power cycle the machine by flipping the white switch directly above the machine, waiting a few minutes and listening for a pop, indicating the door has unlocked.

You can drop off your clothes 7:30AM to 3PM and 4PM to 11PM any day at our 945 W. Foothill Blvd. location in Rialto.
We use premium Tide or Sudsy detergents and Downy softeners for our wash and fold orders. We also use bleach when requested.

Yes, a very modest 15 lbs. Think of this as one basket of laundry.
Most orders are ready the next day. In rare cases, an unusually large order may require an extra day, but our attendant will let you know if that is the case.
