We separate your laundry in to white and colored clothes. We wash the whites in hot water with bleach and concentrated detergent to make your clothes as white as possible. The colored clothes are washed with a color safe detergent in warm water to preserve the original colors. We use the finest brand name detergents, bleach, and softeners available to give your clothes a professional wash without compromising the integrity of your clothes. All clothes are dried in our state of the art dryers. You must let us know ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS regarding washing or drying beforehand.
Comforters and bedspreads are washed and dried separately from all other clothes.
All clothing is folded. All socks are paired. For customers who have special needs we can use a customer’s soap on request. We can also hang your wet clothes to dry upon request.

Pick up only: 7pm-9pm
If same day service, will be ready
between 7pm-9pm for pick up.

WASH & FOLD Terms of Service
Our Wash & Fold services strive to provide its clients with the highest level of service possible.
Terms of Service for Speed Wash Laundry Services:
Wash & Fold services are provided subject to your ("Customer") compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
Please read the following agreement carefully. "Customer" use of any of Wash & Fold ’s services indicates an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
This agreement is strictly between Wash & Fold and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties.
As a condition to using any of Wash & Fold ’s services, and for the mutual benefit of both Wash & Fold and the Customer, the undersigned ("Customer") agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Garment Care, Missing or Damaged Goods: Wash & Fold will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that washing, drying and folding services are maintained at a high level of quality.
Wash & Fold accepts all Customer garments on the basis of weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count.
Wash & Fold due to time constraints does not read manufacturer suggested care and washing / drying labels. Customer will be responsible for letting our staff know any special instructions at time of drop off.
Wash & Fold uses only front-load washers with an extremely fast extraction cycle to wash all Customer clothes.
Wash & Fold accepts no liability for damage due to normal wear and tear or shrinkage during washing and drying.
Wash & Fold accepts no liability for "special care" and delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned.
Wash & Fold reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
Wash & Fold does not guarantee removal of all stains although we will try our best to do so.
Wash & Fold is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else.
We ask each Customer to please determine whether they can accept the loss of any garment, if not please do not leave it with us. "Customer must notify Wash & Fold within 5 business days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery."
Disclaimer:
Wash & Fold ’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred.
This liability shall be the extent of Wash & Fold ’s liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customers exclusive remedy.
In no event will Wash & Fold be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not Wash & Fold knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages.
Wash & Fold disclaims all warranties express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement.
Entire Agreement / Choice of Law:
This agreement and any documents referred to herein constitute the complete, exclusive, and entire agreement between the parties, may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties, and shall be governed by the state of California which it operates.
